Happy New Year! Welcoming a new year always comes with its adversities – as difficult as it may be, Suzuya kindly opens our doors for everyone to celebrate.

As most often say, “Out with the old. In with the new.” In our kitchen, we make it apparent and never waste a single crumb! Our Rasuku cookies perfectly embody that – leftover sponge cake returns into a delightfully crunchy cookie coated in cinnamon sugar.

Greet the season with us with our Valentine-themed Rasuku! I also suggest looking forward to the different presentations of Rasuku in the future.
