I think that it is nothing like homemade. Making something for someone, just the feeling of it goes into the food, it becomes so special. It is a special gift. I want to share the recipes that I create for home are a bit different from what I have at the shop. Home recipes are adjusted by the ingredients that we can get from regular grocery stores, unlike specialty pastry. Also, tools and equipment are very different from professional grades. These recipes are what I make for friends and family, I hope that I can share the joy of baking and especially gifting pastries to someone you care about.
