Terms of Service


At SUZUYA Patisserie and Cafe, we take the time, effort and energy to create the very best goods to meet the highest standards. Our products feature the finest ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we do not use preservatives. SUZUYA products only last a few days and typically require refrigeration. To maintain freshness of all cake products, refrigeration is required until ready to consume. For best taste and texture, we recommend removing your cake from the refrigerator and serving it at room temperature. Keep in mind that fruit is seasonal. Because of the seasonality of the fruit we use, variables such as fruit size, color and/or flavor may be affected. Seasonal items are subject to availability. The nature of our products means that we are limited in the number we can create as each item is carefully handmade by our talented pastry team. Please keep in mind that we do sell out sometimes as all items are crafted by hand and made fresh from scratch. Pre-order is highly recommended in order to guarantee your cake is available when you want/need it.


SUZUYA offers pick up of orders at 7365 South Buffalo Dr. Suite 115, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113 Mon-Fri 8am-4pm(4pm-5:45pm after-hour pick up) Sat&Sun 8am-3:45pm. Any changes and/or cancellations must be made at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to your order pickup. For changes or cancellations, call 702-432-1990 and press 3. If there’s no call and no show, we will not be able to assist with any option later in the day. Please note that phone lines are often busy and requests are not guaranteed. We make everything fresh and make every order with love. Pick up dates and times are set in order to guarantee the freshest product possible. In order to serve you the best quality cakes, freshness is key so we do not keep cakes later than the day they are ordered. Orders not picked up on the assigned pick up date are not eligible for a refund. A new order will need to be placed for a new pick up date. Call the shop and speak with a team member.


Due to the perishable nature of our products and how we are unable to control how our products are transported and stored once they leave our shop, SUZUYA does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and feel it does not match your expectations, please contact our team by emailing WITHIN 2 DAYS of the date you picked up your order and provide the following information: order number/name, photos of all angles including product and packaging, a detailed description of the issue and information on how your item was transported and stored. We will make every effort to address your concerns and make sure you are happy with your SUZUYA experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour pick up window or without proper photos, transportation and storage information will not be eligible for re-order or credit. Circumstance pending, SUZUYA will issue a credit or re-order. For orders placed through our website, any refund will be minus the payment fee originally paid when placing the order.
