Interviewer: What is your favorite Suzuya cake?
Staff: My favorite cake at Suzuka is the chocolate cake! In general, I love very decadent chocolate cake, here it’s very light but still good. It’s also my favorite cake to build and frost and I love getting to taste test the chocolate cream every day.

Interviewer: What is your favorite thing about working here at Suzuya?
Staff: My favorite part about working here is probably my coworkers. Working somewhere with a good atmosphere and having people to talk to about baking and life in general is great. I can get great insight into the culinary world from some people who have been in this industry for a long time and I get to learn new things each day.

Interviewer: What motivates your everyday?
Staff: I think I’m motivated every day by simply wanting to do better and increase my skill level. Again my coworkers also motivate me, I can tell they want to do their best which also drives me to do the best I can at my job and passion.
