Interviewer: What is your favorite thing about working here at Suzuya?
Staff: My coworkers are definitely my favorite thing about working at SUZUYA, aside from the fact that I have the opportunity to get to know many amazing people that visit our store. It is very hard to find a dull day here since the people I am surrounded with are so vibrant.
Interviewer: What is your secret to the perfect cup of coffee?
Staff: Every day I try to do my best as a front staff worker, meaning I learn every day how I can adjust my service to meet the needs of the customers. It is much like coffee-making: adjusting what you can control to make the perfect cup. In the years I have worked here I have come to appreciate all the different flavors coffee can be! On the same note, customer service can come in different “flavors” as well, it’s only a matter of gauging what flavor fits best with your customers and on which occasion.
