Daily routine at SUZUYA

On a regular day at Suzuya, rushes come frequently until closing. The line would sometimes reach outside. We try to help our customers as efficiently as possible. With one worker taking orders, a worker making drinks, and one packing items. We manage to go through the continuously growing line.

And just like that, the rush is over. The previously filled showcase is now empty. There are coffee grounds everywhere. Dishes are piled up in the corner. The buzzing cafe is filled with calming music again.

We all take a moment to collect ourselves. After, we start preparing for the next rush.
