Working at SUZUYA, I’ve discovered that being in front isn’t just about serving food and drinks. It’s about making connections, sharing stories, and becoming a part of our customers’ lives. The wisdom imparted by our regulars is a treasured bonus – life lessons about maintaining a balance between joy and financial stability have been particularly memorable.
In many ways, I’m not just a server or a cashier, but a friend, a listener, a familiar face. This connection is what makes SUZUYA a special place for both us and our community.
However, the journey has not been without challenges. The pandemic hit us hard, causing shutdowns and impacting product availability due to shipment delays and increased ingredient prices. It was a slow, but steady comeback for SUZUYA, and we couldn’t have done it without our understanding and patient customers.
As we move forward, we continue to create an environment that serves exceptional food and drinks, while also fostering a strong sense of community and belonging. We are so grateful to be a part of your daily lives and look forward to the stories yet to come.
