To be frank, we serve good coffee
Coffee. I absolutely think that I represent the mass when I say that it is the first thing I think about in the morning. It helps me function. This might be an exaggeration, but it applies to me. So for someone who loves coffee, I would like it if I sip on a really good one to start my day. Wouldn’t you?
Chef Misuzu and Chef Mike partnered with Frankly Good Coffee for the coffee-based drinks at Suzuya Patisserie and Cafe and to be frank, their coffee is really good. I think our regular customers can testify to this as well. What makes their coffee beans taste especially amazing is the fact that they’re freshly roasted every time.
We use four of their blends: Red Rock Espresso and Black Canyon Cold Brew if you prefer a dark roast, Dam Good Blend in medium roast for our pour-over drink, and if you really need to stay off the caffeine we also use their decaf blend.
