Thanksgiving Suzuya patisserie&cafe Las Vegas

A Season of Warmth, Gratitude, and Sweet Traditions

As the weather cools and the holiday season begins, I find myself feeling incredibly grateful. Grateful for our team who pours their heart into every dessert, grateful for our amazing customers who visit us with smiles and kind words, and grateful that SUZUYA continues to be a small part of your celebrations and family moments.

This time of year is especially meaningful for us because it’s when we bring back some of our most cherished seasonal desserts — the ones we make only once a year.

Our Fuji Apple PieKabocha Pumpkin Pie, and Kabocha Tokyo Cheesecake are now available by pre-order only, for pickup between November 24–26.
Each one is crafted with so much care: the comforting sweetness of Fuji apples, the gentle richness of Kabocha, and the silky lightness of our Tokyo Cheesecake paired with warm autumn flavors.

These are truly once-a-year specials, and every year they tend to sell out faster than we expect. Seeing so many families make our pies part of their Thanksgiving table is something that touches me deeply — it’s a reminder of why we do what we do.

If these treats have become part of your tradition, or if you’re hoping to try them for the first time, please pre-order earlyso you don’t miss them. We want to make sure we can bake enough for everyone who has been waiting for these pies and cakes all year.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for supporting SUZUYA, for sharing your stories with us, and for letting our desserts be part of your special moments. We hope our Thanksgiving pies and cakes bring warmth, comfort, and sweetness to your table this year.

With gratitude,
Misuzu
