Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite seasons. The air feels a little cozier, the days a little slower, and everything seems to carry a touch of warmth and gratitude. At Suzuya, this time of year reminds me of the joy of sharing—whether it’s a slice of pie at the family table or a quiet moment with a cup of tea and a favorite dessert.

This season, our kitchen is filled with the comforting aromas of baked apples, roasted kabocha, and buttery crusts. Each pie and cake is made with care, hoping to bring a little bit of that warmth to your homes. Our Fuji Apple PieKabocha Pumpkin Pie, and Kabocha Mont Blanc Tokyo Cheesecake are all inspired by the flavors I love most—sweet, natural, and comforting.
