January Updates from Suzuya Patisserie

Happy New Year! We are thrilled to ring in the new year with exciting specials and plans for the months ahead. Thank you to all our loyal customers who continue to share the Suzuya experience with their friends and loved ones. Your support allows us to grow and seize new opportunities—we couldn’t do it without you!

We’ve started informing our guests about the Chinatown location’s departure from the Suzuya brand. While it’s a significant change with its challenges, the most common question from our guests has been about the future of mochi beignets. As this transition unfolds, we send our warmest wishes and good luck to our former partners in their new endeavors.

Our new pistachio cookies are already gaining popularity among our customers! These delightful treats are crafted with our signature hakurikiko flour and almond flour to enhance the nutty flavors. The result is a buttery shortbread texture reminiscent of a classic cat’s tongue cookie, complemented by the crunch of pistachios sprinkled throughout. If you haven’t tried them yet, they’re a must-try this season!

The Lunar New Year is fast approaching, and we’re excited to offer our special celebration cakes! This year’s design showcases a charming snake meringue for the Year of the Snake, adorned with elegant gold accents. It’s the perfect centerpiece to impress your guests. Available for pickup on January 28th and 29th, so be sure to secure yours in advance!

Our white chocolate rasuku has been flying off the shelves! These treats are now featured in adorable tube packaging, making them perfect for gifting. We use real dried strawberries mixed into melted white chocolate to create a deliciously crunchy and sweet snack. If you’re a fan of our shokupan rasuku, you’ll absolutely love this new addition.

Looking for a small, sweet indulgence? Our cake pops are a hit with both kids and adults! Made with chocolate sponge, raspberry compote, and praline, these bite-sized desserts are coated in chocolate for a rich and satisfying treat. If you’re a chocolate lover, these cake pops are sure to delight your taste buds!

We’re so excited for all the opportunities and specials this year has in store. Thank you for continuing to make Suzuya part of your celebrations and everyday moments!
