☆ Strawberries 2 or 3 per Sando
☆ Whipping cream A lot!

Japanese bread work best for this recipe! Find fresh strawberries or any fruit of your choice. Other popular fruits include mango, kiwi, or blueberries. You can also mix and match if you prefer!

Get Shokupan from Suzuya which already cut into slices. Cut the crust off and leave only the white area.

Spread the sandwich with lots and lots of whipped cream. You don’t want any bald spots for the cuts!

Now, prepare and cut Strawberries into pieces. Place the Strawberries to whipped-cream Shokupan.
