important note

Toasted Japanese Shokupan from Suzuya for your morning toast! Great scrambled eggs are all about slow, sleepy strokes and low heat that takes all of 60 seconds. Add chives on top to make it look restaurant-quality!

1

Get Shokupan from Suzuya which already cut into slices. Take one and toast.

2

Melt butter in a non stick pan over medium heat.

3

When butter melts, add egg, cheese, and salt and pepper and whisk them on the pan. Wait 5-10 sec, then start mixing for 30-50 second until it's cooked to your taste.

additional note

Add one tablespoon of mayonnaise is a secret to a perfect scramble egg! It’ll add a silky texture without changing the flavor.

4

You can pile the eggs up high on toasted Suzuya Shokupan! Add Ketchap and Mayo as much as you want, or not if you prefer.

5

Add chives and a littie bit of paper on top as a decoration and dig in!
