But with the changing season comes fresh excitement: our Koinobori Strawberry Shortcake is back for Children’s Day! A limited-edition version of our classic strawberry shortcake, it’s shaped and decorated like the traditional koi flags flown in Japan on this special day. Available for pickup from May 2–5, it’s a heartfelt way to celebrate or simply enjoy a playful, nostalgic dessert.
