As the Las Vegas sun begins to heat up, the energy in our kitchen shifts. Summer in a pastry kitchen is all about balance—capturing the bright, refreshing flavors of seasonal fruits while maintaining the precise, delicate textures that define Japanese baking.
This June, I am incredibly proud of how our team has stepped up to bring you our fresh summer lineup. We are officially launching our Matcha Monday summer ritual (buy any Matcha Latte, get 50% off a premium canned drink!), celebrating Pride Month with our vibrant 11-flavor macaron boxes, and introducing the tropical Matcha Mixed Berry Mochi.
To support our kitchen staff as they handcraft these intricate components from scratch daily, we are adjusting our closing hours to 5:00 PM starting on Monday, June 8th (with the kitchen closing at 4:00 PM). This allows our team to reset and ensure that every single item in our display case meets our signature standard of excellence the next morning.
