Have you tried our house-made Shokupan yet?
Our fluffy Japanese Shokupan bread is one of the most loved items in our shop—and for good reason. Freshly baked every morning, it’s soft, airy, and lightly sweet, making it perfect for just about anything. Enjoy it on its own, toast it with butter, or turn it into your favorite sandwich or dessert. It tends to sell out quickly, especially on busy days, so we always recommend coming early to grab a loaf!
If you’re looking for something a little more indulgent, keep an eye out for our special varieties. One of our favorites is the Matcha Anko Shokupan—beautifully marbled with rich matcha and sweet red bean paste. It’s especially delicious when lightly toasted, bringing out both the aroma of matcha and the gentle sweetness of anko.
And speaking of seasonal favorites, many guests have been asking about our Mango Mochi. While we don’t have a set release yet, our chefs are carefully watching the quality of the mangoes to make sure they’re at their peak. We’re expecting them to return in the warmer months, so stay tuned—we promise it will be worth the wait!
