Celebrating Seasons, Family & Tradition
February always feels like a bridge between seasons—between winter and spring, between quiet moments and joyful celebrations.
At SUZUYA, we introduced new seasonal flavors like Strawberry Matcha and Sakura, inspired by the gentle beauty of spring in Japan. The soft pink and green colors remind me of cherry blossoms and new beginnings. Creating these drinks is not only about flavor—it’s about sharing a feeling.
We also celebrated Lunar New Year with our special Lunar Box, honoring tradition and welcoming a new zodiac year. Lunar New Year marks the first new moon after a full cycle of twelve lunar months. It is a time for renewal, family gatherings, and hope for prosperity. Sharing these cultural moments with our Las Vegas community is something I deeply cherish.
One of my favorite moments recently was seeing a regular guest bring his mother to visit us when she came to town. Knowing that SUZUYA is part of someone’s family tradition means so much to me. That is truly what we hope to create—a place where memories are made.
As we move into a new season, I feel grateful for our team, our guests, and the opportunity to share both Japanese flavors and heartfelt hospitality.
Thank you for being part of our story.
