Thin layers of strawberry cream, made with house made strawberry jam, between fifteen layers of soft, chewy crepes. This cake is meticulously made by our master crepe chefs. Each crepe is delicately made, one by one. To add depth of flavor, we use brown butter in our crepe batter for that slight nutty flavor. The layers and layers of goodness await!

We do not use any artificial preservatives so please enjoy as soon as possible.
