1. Use a sharp long knife for precision.
2.Dip the knife into warm water, then wipe it gently so it stays slightly wet before cutting.
3. Repeat these steps for every slice to ensure smooth and tidy cuts.
Tiered Cake Cutting Instructions
1. Remove the long support from the top layer.
2. Separate the top cake with the cake board still attached.
3. When separating the top cake with the cake board, slide the warm knife between the board and the bottom tier, so that cream stays on the bottom tier and also cleans the bottom of the cake board.
4. Place top cake on cutting surface.
5. Remove the supports from the bottom cake.
6.Using a logn knife. Rinse with warm water, wipe with a towel gently so it stays slightly wet before cutting. Repeat this step between each slice to get clean cuts.
